I wrote this book as a shield, as a response to the many invisible cracks that open in the soul without us even noticing.
According to the words of José M. Aristimuño each text I share here is born from a thought, an observation, a fall, or a sigh.
I do not intend to give recipes, but rather to provoke— to stir consciences, to touch fibers, to place words where silence once lived. I have seen, lived, and heard too many forms of poorly digested pain.
Depression, fear, procrastination, impatience, arrogance… they are viruses of the soul. And as such, they need antibodies.
Psychological Antibodies: Mindset Tools for Surviving and Thriving is not academic, nor technical, nor complicated. It is visceral, real, and at times brutal. But above all: it is human.
If any phrase within these pages serves you as an anchor, an impulse, or simply as company, then all this effort has been worthwhile.
Thank you for reading, for daring. And above all, for beginning to generate your own psychological antibodies.
